Sheepr is a network for people who build things. A feed of what people actually shipped, short video, a page at your own name, and — in one tab of five — roles that carry the pay on them.
THE FEED Posts, photos, voice notes, GIFs and reels from the people and companies you follow. Nothing is ranked and nothing is boosted for posting more often than you meant to.
REACTIONS THAT SAY SOMETHING LGTM, SHIP, STAR, BRAIN, BOOST, SHEEPR, BUG. Seven ways to say what you actually think about a piece of work, instead of one undifferentiated like.
REELS Short video from people who build. Same rule as the feed: nothing ranked, no reach to chase, no reason to post more often than you meant to.
REPLIES, NOT A COMMENT SECTION Answer with text, a voice note or a GIF. Repost the things worth passing on.
A PAGE AT YOUR OWN NAME Your posts, your reels, your resume, your links and the people you actually know, at one address. Follow the work rather than an audience — following someone here is not a number either of you is trying to grow.
INTERESTS Pick from a shared vocabulary of stacks and industries — React Native, Laravel, Figma, Kubernetes and several hundred more. They shape your feed, they become your stack, and they decide which roles you are shown.
HABITS Greatness is a daily decision, not a pose. Make a habit, set the days and the times, and get reminded on your own device. Keep it to yourself, or make it public and let people run the streak with you.
A RESUME THAT IS DATA Positions, responsibilities, dates, links, and the tags that come with them. Your stack is not a list you claim — it is the union of the tags on the work you actually did. Attach a PDF if someone insists. Choose who can see the whole thing: anyone, your connections, or nobody but you.
JOBS — ONE TAB OF FIVE Every posting carries employment type, workplace, seniority, location and a salary range, given in full or not at all, because a half-written salary is worse than none. Apply with one structured application and a cover note if you want one. Then watch the stage it is at: sent, in review, interviewing, offer, hired, or not selected. You cannot apply with half a profile, and Sheepr says exactly which half is missing rather than failing quietly.
FOR COMPANIES A company is a page like any other: it posts, it shares, people follow it. It also posts roles in one form, reads structured applications instead of PDF roulette, and moves applicants through stages by hand. Admin, Recruiter, Marketing and Member are deliberately different jobs, and the app treats them that way.
WORK EMAIL VERIFICATION Verify that you worked somewhere using an address there. It unlocks nothing and only the domain is ever shown. It is proof, not a badge.
WHAT IS PUBLIC A profile is a public page and posts are public. Your resume is not, unless you say so. Report is on every post and block is on every profile, a person reads every report, and deleting your account is in the app and takes no support ticket.
WHY IT WORKS THIS WAY There are no ads to sell and nothing is ranked, so there is nothing here to gain from your attention. The app is free.
